Kevin Coffey, Senior Travel and Meeting Risk Consultant at GoldSpring Consulting, is responsible for assisting organizations with the enhancement of their travel and meeting risk mitigation and duty of care responsibilities.
As an independent, non-biased travel and meeting risk consultant, his main expertise and knowledge falls into helping organizations in the following areas:
• Travel and meeting risk program assessments
• Development and review of travel and meeting risk management policies, procedures, and programs
• Travel and meeting risk training for travelers as well as travel and security professionals
• Corporate travel risk committee development and coordination
His experience in travel and meeting risk is further enhanced with a long career with the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) where he was responsible for the investigation of crimes committed against travelers at LAX Airport, surrounding hotels and car rental facilities.
He is currently an active member of GBTA, the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), and the U.S. Department of State OSAC..
