Juliann Pless joined CSI in 2010 holding several different roles in client support and travel services during her tenure. In her current position, Juliann oversees the sales and strategy of the company’s travel solution, CSI Travel.

Juliann has successfully managed the team responsible for the growth of CSI Travel by establishing strategic partnerships, building brand awareness, and increasing customer engagement. The success of CSI Travel can be attributed to Juliann’s superb leadership ability, expertise in corporate travel payment solutions, and ongoing dedication to the program.

Juliann resides in Fort Myers, Florida with her husband and two sons. She is a Chair of the GBTA Payment Solutions Committee, member of SWFL Impact, and leads all corporate social responsibility initiatives for CSI. In 2014, Juliann was honored among the top ’40 Under 40’ rising business stars in the region. She frequently shares her knowledge and experience through national speaking engagements.
