Scott is a long-time thought leader in the business travel industry. He has led advances in travel procurement, airline sourcing, airline carbon emission models and hotel analytics. He is a champion of justifiable travel, goal-based travel management, traveler friction and omnichannel distribution.



Scott has provided advisory, training and educational services to one-third of the Fortune 500, the U.S. government and all of the major airlines in North America. He speaks at travel industry conferences around the world.



Scott holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and is an author of a US patent. He and his wife live near Cleveland.
